Why we exist
Printer setup should not be confusing.
Most printer problems come down to a few things: the printer and device are on different networks, the wrong copy of a printer is selected, or the software does not match the model. The fix is usually simple once you know where to look.
Our guides take you through those checks in a sensible order, for Windows, Mac, iPhone and Android. When a step depends on your exact model, we send you to the manufacturer’s official manual instead of guessing.
